Terms &




  1. Food allergies MUST be stated at the time of booking. This will allow us to find a suitable item for you.

  2. Postage fees are subject to change for heavier or bulk orders.

  3. If a postal service can not be fulfilled after payment for any reason outside of our control, we will deliver by hand if within the M25. If outside of the M25, a credit note will be offered

  4. Any damages caused by the courier during delivery will be replaced by us at our soonest convenience and at no extra cost.

  5. Refunds are not issued for any reason other than damages

  6. Deposits are non-refundable.

  7. Postal days are Mondays and Tuesdays and packages are sent via next day, fully tracked courier.

  8.  Please use the tracking number you are provided with to ensure someone is able to intercept the order. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make arrangements regarding the receipt of the package at the time of delivery.

  9. All prices are correct at the time of booking.

Bespoke Celebration


  1. All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact design and the size of your cake.

  2. All orders are ONLY confirmed with a 50% deposit or full payment depending on the order total.

  3. All deposits are non-refundable.

  4. All remaining payments must be paid in full no later than 7 days before collection or delivery. We reserve the right to charge a late fee or cancel the  order should there be a delay making the full payment by this deadline.

  5. Quotes are valid for 72 hours from time of issue.

  6. Changes to orders must be made NO LATER than 7 days prior to the date of collection. Any changes made after this time are not guaranteed and may    incur further charges.

  7. All orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the agreed time. Once this time has elapsed, you must call us to re-arrange a new mutually agreed time or date for collection. Should this not be honoured, an additional fee will be added before the order is released.

  8. Delivery charges are calculated on a mileage and time basis. Alternatively, cakes can be collected from our premises.KR Kitchen London, all damages caused to cakes during transit are at the risk of the persons in charge of collection.

  9. Tiered cakes are most at risk during transport; we highly recommend you check your wedding insurance covers cake damage.

  10. Our cakes may come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. You agree to notify all guests with allergies. We are not to be held accountable for any allergic reactions. 

  11. If fresh flowers are provided to us by an outside source, you acknowledge that they are not food items and may contain pesticides, insects and other contaminants.

  12. We recommend extreme caution if you are considering a cake  decorated with  chocolate or buttercream during the summer months (May-September). We cannot accept responsibility for any melting of the cake once it has left our possession, as we have no control over the environment / venue temperature. We can advise you of  designs that are less susceptible to melting and do everything within our control to reduce the impact on the cake

  13. We reserve the right to use any photographs of cakes for display and promotional purposes. Exceptions may be made for cakes with personal  pictures on them.

  14. Cakes must be stored in a cool and sturdy place, or kept in the fridge if advised by our staff.

  15. If you have concerns about your cake, please notify us upon collection / delivery of the cake so that we have the opportunity to rectify it in time for your event. All other concerns should be made in writing, and evidence of the fault should be included. No refunds are given due to change of mind.

  16. In the unlikely event of late delivery, the maximum compensation will be a  refund of the delivery price. We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. traffic conditions) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.

  17. Our portion guides are intended as a guide only. This will depend on how the cake is cut.

  18. We cannot be held accountable for any flaws, which are a result of the cake being baked by someone other than ourselves. Please enquire for further advice before baking the cake.

  19. If cancellation of an order takes place we reserve the right to retain your non refundable 50% deposit. If cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the event then we reserve the right to seek 100% of the order value.

  20. If you postpone the event we will endeavor to transfer your order providing the date is suitable for ourselves, otherwise it shall be treated as a cancellation (see above).

  21. We retain the right to cancel the booking in very unusual circumstances beyond our control, such as fire or ill health, during which we will refund any money taken in full.
